Refund policy

We of course want your experience with the Downtown Farmers Market to be incredible. We also understand with running your own small business that life can be crazy! So here is our return policy:

BOOTH FEES:

To receive a refund on booth fees you must cancel before 24 hrs. Anything within 24 hrs. will not be refunded.

There is no returns or refunds on insurance, violation fee, or late charges.

DTFM MERCHANDISE:

Of course we want you to be happy with the local merch. Exchanges can be made on unwashed, unworn, undamaged product and if there are any quality issues, sizing, etc. We a quality inspection with each order to make sure you are getting the biggest bang for your buck with the purchase, but we are using small local companies to make our product and understand mess ups. 

Returns can also be made on unwashed, unworn, undamaged product.
