Founded in 2007 by Nicki Pace, the Downtown Farmers Market has served the community for over 15 years. This event was formed to promote downtown, bring the community together, and above all praise all that is local. This mission has been honored under the new ownership and expanded. We believe in creating an environment that fosters local hand-made businesses. We are passionate about our vendors and what they create. We also believe in creating an inclusive community space that is welcoming to everyone. Having places where every member of the community can come together and enjoy the community is rare and special and we are so honored to create that.
With the new ownership, one of our big successes is to be able to now say that the market is now running YEAR AROUND! Our hours are every Saturday (except for marathon, Iron Man Events, and other prescheduled city events) May through October 8 am- Noon, then November to April 10am-2pm. Closed the last 2 weeks of December and all of January for winter break.
Every event showcases over 60 vendors from all over Washington and Iron Counties bringing you the best in locally grown produce, pasture raised meats, and unique artisanal products.
